S. Kelsey, has worked in the Culinary Arts Field for seventeen + years.
A summary of his experience includes positions at the Avon Country
Club working for the Executive Chef, Eddie Rosario, the UConn Health
Center for ten years, becoming an Executive Chef, the Sheraton in
Hartford, the Whitman Restaurant and the Stonecrest Restaurant.

Reservations are required for Sunday Brunch as
well as evening dining including pub. Please call the restaurant
673-2419 if the voicemail picks up leave a message on extension 70.
Our Chef is happy to accommodate special dietary
needs and/or requests. Simply tell your server. If you are attending
an event, please inform your chairperson beforehand of any dietary
restrictions so that the information can be properly conveyed
to the kitchen.
When dining,
your restaurant bill may be paid by your member charge account, cash or check. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Menus without prices are available upon request for those special
evenings when you are entertaining.
Our pub
menu is available in both the dining room and pub all day. |
