FOR ALL RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENT GOLF MEMBERS

We are working hard to improve your experiences at your Restaurant and Banquet Facility. For that reason, we want to better understand you and what you think about the Facility - do you use it often, or hardly at all?

And how can we better serve you? So please help us…. help you.

Those who complete the survey within the next two weeks will be entered into a drawing for a FREE DINNER AND WINE FOR FOUR . And, there will be drawings for additional prizes.

  April 15 th (a day we all know and love) will be the last day we accept survey responses. Your individual reply will be kept confidential and will be seen by no one other than the Survey Committee Members. We will present summary survey findings and discuss them in a summer edition of In The Woods .

How to Complete the Survey

We would like to hear from all adults eligible to use the restaurant, so encourage each adult in your household to respond. There are 20 questions and the process should take less than 10 minutes.
