I am selling my unit. What do I need to do for the Association?
Once you have a sales contract, you will need to complete a Resale Certificate and Right of First Refusal and submit them to the office to begin the Resale process. Click here for forms.
Completed forms and a copy of the sales contract can be dropped off at the Master Association Office, faxed to 860-675-6156 or emailed to Jill@farmingtonwoods.com

No, we have Resident and Non-Resident membership categories available. Click on Become a Member for more information.
Do I have to be a resident or member to play golf at Farmington Woods?
All Non–Member Residents may play the golf course Sunday’s after 3pm and on Mondays if the course is available. Resident greens fees and cart fees apply.
Non–Members or guests may only play Farmington Woods as guests of members. There are a limited number of unaccompanied guest times available each day and fees are applicable. Please call the Shop in the Woods to register all unaccompanied play.
Can I use the practice facility at any time?
The use of the practice facility is reserved for golf members, guests of golf members and range only memberships.
Do you have Driving Range only golf memberships?
Yes, residents may purchase a range only membership from The Shop in the Woods.
